He has worked closely with Cole Miller, founder of NO MORE VICTIMS, and with many other peace and justice organizations in Los Angeles and around the country.
In the last 20 years, he has hosted many anti-war events at his home and at The Peace Center, both in Culver City. Some of the speakers he’s hosted include Joel Andreas, S. Brian Willson, Theresa and Blase Bonpane, William Blum, Father Roy Bourgeois, Kathy Kelly, Medea Benjamin, Norman Solomon, David Swanson, Dennis Kucinich, Marcy Winograd, Ron Kovic, Don White, Barbara Trent, David Kasper, Cindy Sheehan, Jane Bright, Fernando Suarez del Solar, Lila Garrett, Ed Ellis, David Hartsough, Cole Miller, Rev. James Lawson, Gerard Ungerman, Peter Dudar, Sally Marr, Mark Manning, Don Bustany, Preston Wood, Regis Tremblay, Michael Ruppert, Patricia Todd, Yumi Kikuchi and many others.
He’s also screened anti-war films, including What I've Learned About U.S. Foreign Policy, The Hidden Wars of Desert Storm, Arlington West , The Oil Factor, Paying The Price For Peace: The Story of S. Brian Willson, The Friendship Village, War Made Easy, Caught In The Crossfire: The Road To Falluja, Citizen Clark: A Life of Principle, 30 Seconds To Midnight, Paying The Price: Killing The Children of Iraq, Plan Colombia, Crisis In The Congo, The Reflecting Pool, and Women At War: The Forgotten Veterans of Desert Storm.
Frank and his wife have hosted house concerts and music by Charlie King and Karen Brandow, The Prince Myshkins, David Rovics, Dave Lippman, Ross Altman, Andy Manoff, Dennis Davis, Tupper Lienke, Julia Lienke, KB Solomon, Stephen Fiske, Yumi Kikuchi, Gen Morita, Peter Dudar and Joe Engleman.
In 2004, he helped start The Arlington West Memorial in Santa Monica, a project of the Los Angeles Chapter of Veterans For Peace. Arlington West was originally founded by the Santa Barbara chapter of Veterans for Peace, and continued at the Santa Monica Pier every Sunday between 2004-2020.
For eight years in a row, he went to the annual protest to close The School of The Americas at Fort Benning, Georgia. This amazing event took place every year the weekend before Thanksgiving. As many as 22,000 people came from all over the country to protest The School of The Americas. This amazing happening was led by Father Roy Bourgeois.
